CACM makes participating in securities class action settlements as convenient and cost effective as possible for our clients. Accordingly, we offer two service packages:

Subscription Service

CACM's basic service package allows clients to track and file claims efficiently and cost effectively. Under this service package:

Clients access the proprietary CACM database that contains all the new and pending settlements as well as the official Notice of Settlement and Proof of Claim forms for those settlements. The database also lists all the trading symbols and CUSIPs for the securities eligible to participate in each settlement as well as contact information for the claims administrator and class counsel.
Clients receive via email a copy of CACM's newsletter Securities Class Action Update that provides information on new case filings, deadlines to request to be appointed lead plaintiff and important developments in pending actions and settlements.

Premium Service

CACM also provides comprehensive claims filing services to our clients. Under this service package CACM:

Obtains and analyzes our clients trading records and determines which settlements our clients are eligible to participate in.
Analyzes our clients trading records to determine the most advantageous method of preparing their claims pursuant to the terms of the settlement.
Prepares and files the proof of claim forms and supporting documentation with the settlement claims administrator.
Verifies that our clients proof of claim forms have been received by the settlement claims administrator.
Handles all correspondence with the settlement claims administrator regarding our clients' claims.
Provides quarterly status reports to our clients regarding settlements in which we have filed claims on their behalf.
Provides clients with a copy of Securities Class Action Update.
